It’s WCW 💙 let’s get to know our newest instructor, Jess:

💪🏼 I discovered while I was recovering from my ankle injury, and fell in love with how it’s so gentle on my joints yet so effective for strength training! Absolutely love that every single class I take at Transform gives me shakes that make me stronger everyday.

🤸 My favorite Lagree moves are Express Lunge and (any variation of) Bear! Honorable mention is Scrambled Eggs — I have a love-hate relationship with it because it took me so long to figure out but once it clicked, my obliques are instantly destroyed (in a good way)

🎵 My class playlist will make you want to get up from those squats to dance (even when I say hold for 10 more seconds😉)
