Since 2002, in partnership with the University of Washington, the Robert N. We hope the legacy of Robert N.
Chang Foundation has awarded scholarships to close to 100 students and several have received multi-year awards. Chang will live through the youth that his foundation helps, who may then in turn help the educational needs of generations to come.
