The University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service is very proud to have faculty in every county of the state who live and work with the citizens they serve. This episode is story heavy and mostly ag focused. Hay season is close to wrapping up. Diesel and fertilizer prices have increased and hay requires a lot of inputs. Tyler raises the question of maybe moving towards management practices that extend grazing & reduce hay feeding.

Stone County Extension is back with another episode. The Stone County Fair was a success last week, however Anna had a breakdown and Tyler has been loosing it. By it, I mean a tick that someone brought in to be sent off and the breakdown was automotive, not emotional.

Updates on upcoming Extension programs.

This week Anna and Tyler discuss household food waste,and it's more than you think. Anna gives some thoughts on being more intentional about being less wasteful. Tyler discusses gardening, pasture, hayfield management practices to think about trying to accomplish this fall.
