Meet Fojan, one of our amazing F45 MV members! ❤️💙

💪 How long have you been at F45?
Since September 2024!

🔥 Cardio, resistance, or hybrid?
“All of them! I go to 4–6 classes a week and love them all”

😅 Favorite (or most hated) F45 exercise?
“I love all the classes, but I definitely think twice about the ones with battle ropes and sled pushes. 🫣”

🏅 What are you most proud of?
Completing HYROX Anaheim last year! When Fojan first started coming to our Friday HYROX classes, she couldn’t even imagine herself participating in a race. Fast forward to crossing the finish line with her daughter, Aava, an accomplishment that made it even more special. 🥹💪

🌎 Fun fact:
Fojan loves learning languages and can kind of, sort of speak FOUR! And if she tries really hard, Spanish makes the list. 😂

We love watching you continue to challenge yourself, Fojan! From those first HYROX Fridays to the finish line, you’re proof of what consistency can do. 👏🔥

Eighty years of showing us what a good human looks like. She belonged to everybody. In a world that finds a new reason to split apart every week, she was the one person we could all agree on. Kind, hardworking, generous, and never anything but herself.

We need more Dollys.

So when you’re not sure how to handle something, when you’re tired, when someone makes it easy to be unkind: **be like Dolly.**
