Hello friends, it's back to school!
The Whole Note would really appreciate any donations of any items we have on our wishlist please; or monetary donations or Amazon gift cards are also beneficial for the teacher to select some items for the studio. These items will benefit music education at the Hazleton studio.
From paper and cleaning supplies to teaching supplies, storage items, prize items for students, adding some more fun to our play area, and more. We have now been in the Hazleton studio for 4 years already, since the fire had destroyed our previous studio in Hazleton.
This list is for anyone who can and would love to help us out. If you happen to know anyone who would enjoy helping us out by donating some of these items, we appreciate any and all donations please.
Whether you prefer to purchase these items on Amazon or at a different store, it's all the same to us. I can easily remove anything we receive off of this list. The storage items are selected by sizes, as these particular sizes are what we need. Most things are not a big deal if you get something similar somewhere else. Every item donated is very much appreciated by all of our student families and the teacher.

Who enjoys The Grinch?
Back to school is a great time of year to start your music journey here at The Whole Note where all students are taught the components needed to succeed given enough time and ample practice!
PIANO & VOICE LESSONS are available at our music studios in both Mountain Top and Hazleton. Learn how to sing well at The Whole Note and perform the super cute musical The Grinch with us on stage this Christmas season!
Voice students are taught breath control, warm-ups, proper technics, simple choreography, and a full music education. Piano students are taught theory, technic, sight reading & ear training, and much more!
Ages 5+, teens, adults, and senior citizens are all welcome to learn. Whether your student is a fast learner, average learner, slow learner, or even on the spectrum; this is where ALL students are taught well! New York style lessons at a super reasonable rate!

ISO: Little Mozarts Flashcards for Book 2
New or like new at a fair price
It appears that the publishing company has stopped printing them. These are a very helpful tool for very young students and for students who are on the spectrum. I'm not interested in giving up using these if at all possible.
These Flashcards benefit music education for my young students and for students on the spectrum. Thank you 😊

Elizabeth is a prime example of what a teenage piano student is capable of in 6 months of learning piano! Elizabeth did learn piano with me for awhile when she was younger. Her family moved out of state a few years ago. Then she came back as an online student. She is doing great at picking it back up! Thank you Elizabeth for practicing well on a weekly basis and always having a sweet attitude. This is Oh, How I Love Jesus from Alfred's Adult Sacred book.

These 2 students are very young. Both learning Piano in under 8 months. Both practicing very well, doing their homework, and succeeding at the piano. As their teacher, I'm very excited to watch these 2 learn and grow. Liam is invited to the next piano competition! By then, these 2 will be that much better at the piano!

Liam started at the age of 5, traveling 50 minutes each direction to his piano lessons. In just 5 months of learning; he is showing us that he's practicing every day, doing amazing at his fun homework/theory, and is happy to perform for us at any time. He was selected as 1 of The Whole Note students to perform at The Hazleton Arts League a few weeks ago. Liam is performing Bingo here. This version of Bingo is from Alfred's pre-staff My First Folk Songs.

He has recently started simple technic, and is on track to learn the staff by the end of this year. Liam has what it takes to be our next star on the piano. He practices every day, completes his homework nicely, and is working with a piano instructor where the sky is the limit!

Select students of The Whole Note had the privilege of performing at the Hazleton Can Do Center Arts League a few weeks ago. Emil is a piano student through the HIP Center who The Whole Note teaches. Students are welcome to start as young as 4 years old. Piano & Voice Lessons are available in both Mountain Top and Hazleton. These students were selected to perform at this particular event, since they are practicing well and improving their skills on the piano! Emil played a beautiful version of Row, Row, Row Your Boat showing off his technical skills, and Meadow (only age 5) played Jesus Loves Me at this event.

From our past Christmas Recital. We had snow that morning, so not many students made it that time. It was still a lovely event. Students enjoy the prize table at our Christmas Recitals.
Also, my daughter singing at another Christmas performance.
