Big thank you to the Wright Township Fire Department and Dorrance Township EMT for visiting our students today to discuss fire safety! Our preschool-4th grade students thoroughly enjoyed learning from these first responders. Students were able to ask questions, see a fully outfitted firefighter, explore all of their tools, and go through the firetruck and ambulance. It was a great presentation and we are grateful for the safety information provided to our students!

5th and 6th grade students used yarn and natural materials they found outside to create a storm shelter in STEAM class. We used a spray bottle and fan to simulate storm conditions and to test whether or not the doll got wet or wind blown. These teams did a great job!
