Even summers are active times at MLC. Today we had a team of volunteers use our kitchen to make verenike for the Heritage Village festival.
We have other summer rentals and building repairs going on. And, our peach delivery went smoothly.

Our summer office hours are M-Th 9-12.

🎉 125 Years of God’s Faithfulness. 125 Years of Impact. 🎉

As Mountain Lake Christian School celebrates its 125th year, we’re reflecting on the people, traditions, and moments that have shaped generations of students and families since 1901.

One of those traditions is our beloved Pow Wow Food Booth, serving our community since 1975. From thousands of burgers and homemade pies to countless volunteers who give their time and talents, this ministry is a beautiful example of people working together for a greater purpose.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” – Colossians 3:23

Thank you to every teacher, student, parent, grandparent, volunteer, and supporter who has helped make MLC what it is today.

From tiny backpacks to big milestones. 🥹🎓

Today we celebrated our little learners as they “moved up” to their next adventure — preschoolers becoming kindergarteners and kindergarteners becoming first graders. Watching their excitement, confidence, and personalities shine has been the sweetest reminder of just how much growth can happen in one school year. ❤️

We are so proud of our Pre-K and Kindergarten students and can’t wait to see all the amazing things they do next! ✨

🧵🔍 Murder, mystery, and a quilting club? Count us in. 👀

Our MLC high school drama students have been working hard to bring Secrets of the Quilt Club to life — a fast-paced cozy mystery comedy full of twists, laughs, and suspicious surprises.

Set in a retirement home where a quilting group becomes tangled in a series of mysterious deaths, this play will keep you guessing until the very last stitch. 🪡

Come support our talented students and enjoy a fun night out with family and friends!
