We celebrated Guru Purnima at our school. The children offered flowers and respectful obeisances to the Lord and the Guru-paramparā. They also paid their respects to Vedavyasa, the great sage after whom this auspicious day is also known as Vyasa Purnima or Guru Purnima. They also paid respects to great work of Shri Vedavyasa, Srimad Bhagawatam.

We narrated a simple and engaging story about Vedavyasa and explained why Guru Purnima is celebrated. The children learned that our gurus and teachers guide us from darkness to light by sharing knowledge, wisdom, and good values.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
