π What an incredible day in EAST at Pinkston Middle School! π
We had the amazing opportunity to spend time with our guest speaker, Mr. Tim Stephenson (The Founder of EAST), who visited our classes today!
We are so thankful for the time he took to share his wisdom and experiences with us. His words truly inspired us to dig deeper, be more trustworthy and responsible, and to seek out more meaningful projects that make a difference.
Thank you, Mr. Stephenson, for motivating our EAST students to grow and lead with purpose! ππ

ππ Our EAST students at Pinkston Middle School had the BEST time supporting The CALL by joining in on Little Tβs annual pumpkin contest! ππ
Multiple groups of students teamed up to create the cutest pumpkins ever Gru & his Minions! Not only was it fun to bring these characters to life, but it was extra special since the Minions movies are all about adoption & fostering children, the same mission that The CALL works so hard for. π
Weβre so proud of our students for putting their creativity to work for such a loving cause! π

πΎ Because of YOU, dogs are going to be spoiled with so much love and fun πΆπ Thank you for all the dog toy donations! You guys are truly the BEST!!
Mrs. Camp's WIN extension class has been working on different ways to reuse t-shirts to keep them out of landfills; however, they still want these items to be useful to our communities.
A couple of weeks ago, some students were working on making dog toys. This week some of those dog toys are going to be used in an EAST project at the Mountain Home dog park. We are so glad they can utilize them. Some other dog toys will be donated to various dog outreach programs around our area.

We are proud to share one of our EAST projects β the Outdoor Classroom.
This new learning space allows students to engage in lessons while enjoying the outdoors. As you can see in the photos, students are already making use of the area for collaboration and hands-on activities.
The Outdoor Classroom provides unique opportunities to connect with nature, encourage creativity, and enhance the learning experience. We are excited to see how this space will benefit both our students and our school community.
