Drinklits are BACK in our Stop & Shop!

Hydration isn’t just a “nice to have” in therapy—it’s essential. Whether you’re working on voice, swallowing, cognition, or physical endurance… being properly hydrated makes a difference in performance and recovery.

That’s why we love having Drinklits on hand 👇
• 💧 Electrolyte support to help maintain hydration during therapy sessions
• 🧠 Hydration plays a role in focus, energy, and overall function
• 🗣️ Especially important for voice + swallowing patients (dryness = harder work!)
• 🚫 No sugar, no mess—just drop it in and go

Easy, effective, and patient-approved 🙌

Fully restocked… because you all keep us on our toes! Stop by and grab yours while they last!

🎳 Parkinson’s Awareness Month 🎳

Mackenzie recently took one of our patients with Parkinson’s back to the bowling alley. He hadn’t bowled in about 3 months and had been struggling with it for nearly a year.

He shared that he stopped going because:
– Changes in flooring felt unsafe
– Taking large enough steps to approach the lane was difficult
– Bending down to retrieve his ball had become too challenging

In therapy, we focused on the specific skills that were limiting him:
✔️ Larger, more intentional steps
✔️ Navigating varying surfaces
✔️ Safe bending and reaching
✔️ Practicing functional, real-life movement

Then we applied it where it matters most—outside the clinic. 🎳

This is a great example of why salience is so important in therapy. When interventions are meaningful and directly tied to a patient’s goals and daily life, we often see the greatest progress and carryover.

Proud of the work being done both in and out of the clinic. 💙
