____ Proof of income (Tax forms, or 1 months worth pay stubs)
____ Birth Certificate (copy)

This is Dominic, he will be a Mountain Home senior next year. He actually went through our ABC preschool program. Sara Trivitt was the lead teacher at the time he was a preschooler. Preschool is a great start to success. We love being apart of your child's education, and preparing them for kindergarten. We are so proud of our student's achievements and cannot wait to see what comes next.
