UI Extension 4-H Elmore County Youth, leaders, and parents work together over a period of time to create successful 4-H projects, programs, and learn life skills. Phone (208) 587-2136.

4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning citizenship, leadership, and life skills. 4-H is a “learn by doing” program. Through the experiential learning process, young people develop basic, transferable skills that are useful in real-life experiences today and in the future.
