🎶 Something exciting is taking shape at Mimi’s! 🎶
Over the past several months, I’ve been reimagining what music education at Mimi’s could look like—and I’m so excited to share that Mimi’s Music Academy is preparing for a fresh beginning in early 2027!
At the heart of the new Academy will be our Music Academy Sessions—45-minute sessions intentionally limited to four students or fewer. Rather than the traditional 30-minute lesson format, students will move through a thoughtfully designed rotation that provides individual teacher instruction along with opportunities to develop theory, rhythm, ear training, independent learning skills, and overall musicianship.
🎹 Piano will be at the heart of our opening program, and based on the interest I’m already receiving, I’m also exploring:
🎸 Guitar
🎻 Violin
🥁 Drums
🎤 Vocal
🎺 Band Instruments
Daytime sessions for homeschool families and after-school options are being planned.
And there’s more in the works—including special workshops, performances and summer music camps! ☀️🎶
I’m currently creating a Founding Families list for families who would like first notice when schedules and enrollment become available. There is absolutely no commitment to join. It simply means you’ll be among the first to receive information and have the opportunity to request a spot before enrollment opens to the general public.
