If anyone in Baxter County wants to learn more about HIPPY, we will be having a Valentine’s Day Party tomorrow at the Donald W. Reynold’s Library in Knox Room B from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Come join us and have some ❤️ fun. HIPPY stands for Home Instruction for Parents and Preschool Youngsters. It is a home based education program for children 2 to 5 and everything is free. We are here at JamFest with the Baxter County Library come see us!! Free books, candy and gift cards.
We will be at JamFest this Saturday, October 22nd from 11 am to 6 pm at Hickory Park. We will be giving out information about the program and candy for the kids!! Come join us for some good music, amazing food, Jam competition and the kids zone.

Baxter County HIPPY is now offering Scholarships for the 2022-2023 school year!
HIPPY stands for Home Instruction for Parents with Preschool Youngsters. It is a 30 week in home program sponsored by Arkansas Children’s Hospital. The program serves preschool aged children ages 2-4 as well as 5 year old children who do not meet the August 1st deadline for Kindergarten.
Our program allows parents to be their child’s first teacher and includes all lessons, books, school supplies and much more—all delivered to directly to you. It is a great way for you to prepare your child for kindergarten!
