Today, we were blessed to receive a generous donation of $500.00 from the Seaforth Secondary High School Alumni Inc (New York) towards our chair drive project. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Mr. Alton British for coordinating this donation.

Thanks to the incredible support of our entire class (1972 - 1977), the chair drive has been a resounding success, achieving 100% of our goal.

We are currently in the process of planning the presentation, and I will keep you all updated regularly.

Once again, thank you all for your contributions and support.

The *final screenings* of the hit documentary GRANDPA WAS AN EMPEROR, about the extended family of Ethiopia's Haile Selassie and their lives in the decades since he was deposed following a 1974 coup, are today at 12:15 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Olympic medallist Candice McLeod will be offering scholarships to two students of her alma mater, Morant Bay Primary School in St Thomas. She made the announcement during her first visit back to the primary school following the recently hosted Tokyo Olympic Games.
