Classes are available for all ages and skill levels. Anyone can participate and you're never to old to start! Keep your mind sharp while learning new and fun techniques, your body strong as you train to defend yourself, and you will love the results you see. Kids classes instill respect, discipline, and focus while kids learn to love fitness!

About 7 years ago these 3 kids got their black belts together and yesterday the 3 of them graduated high school together with honors! They have each trained with us for over 10 years and we couldn't be more proud of them and their achievements. Congratulations to Harrison, Jailun, and Susanne, we know you are going to do great things in life!

These kids are an awesome group! They have all made so much progress since their first classes. Just a few were testing last week but I had to get a picture of the rest too of course! We'll be starting new beginner classes this summer for ages 5 and up, message us for more information!
