Here is the rest of the story when asked on a comment to share how the meeting went:

'I can actually break it down if you'd like... Looking back, it does seem formulaic but during the meeting, it was all natural and smooth..
1) Build Massive Rapport (as in, break through that professional distance and just get "in" with the person -- be the most authentic version of yourself!)
2) Cut to the chase - Go straight for problem area and actually highlight the big problem the client is having. Make them understand how detrimental it is and what they're missing out on.
3) Offer Solution - Show them why it makes sense, what the turnaround times are like, what previous results have been, and highlight the end-game as a client.
That was pretty much it.. Nothing too complicated.. '
