Thank you to all the families that came out tonight for our 1st annual AVID informational night! It was a huge success to see so many family members at MVHS in support of their students! Also, the food was amazing! Muchisimas gracias a todas las familias que estaban en Mount Vernon High School esta noche para la junta que tuvimos de AVID! Y fue un exito de mirar tantas familias de los estudiantes de AVID. Gracias por la comida que estaba muy sabrosa!

AVID Senior Night Thursday May 21st 2015! Come and help us celebrate the 10th annual Mount Vernon High School AVID class of 2015! We would love to see some of our MVHS AVID alumni. Senior Boards start at 6:30pm - 7:15pm Ceremony 7:15pm - 8:00pm in the MVHS cafeteria.

ATTENTION SENIORS! We will be at MVHS on January 1st from 10am until 2pm to help get those FAFSA's submitted! If you have any questions please email us!

Also, remember to try to get some school work done over break. We really only have a few weeks when we get back from break before the end of the semester!

Just thought I would stop in and say that we are a little over a month away of school starting!!!! Can you believe it? I can't! Try to take some time and enjoy your family and friends!!!

Great turnout today! Thank you Mrs. Drake, Ms. Hagg, and Mr. Shepherd for being there to help with the FAFSA process! I believe we had at least 15 students from beginning to end that were able to submit their FAFSA's! Please know if you intended to come and weren't able to make it....we can help out this next week at school! Have a great rest of your break!
