West Family Picnic
Part 2

09/26/2026

🌭❤️ It was a good day to be a Warrior! 💙

The West Family Picnic is a day we look forward to every year! It’s one of those special evenings where our West students, families, and staff get to step away from the everyday school routine, enjoy a good meal, and just have FUN together on the playground. 🛝☀️

We were also extra excited to welcome a few special visitors this year! Mr. Koch, who started the West Family Picnic many years ago, joined us, along with Mr. LaMar. It was so special having them back at West and getting to continue a tradition that has brought our West family together for so many years. ❤️

A HUGE thank-you to Mrs. Lilleston and Mrs. Buchanan for taking the lead and making this year’s picnic happen, to our amazing picnic committee, our generous community sponsors, and our PTO for all the work, support, and behind-the-scenes magic that goes into making this event possible.

Most of all, thank you to all of our West families for coming out and making the evening so much fun! We are pretty lucky to be part of a school community that knows how to come together and make memories. 🥰
