What does your infant learn at daycare? 👶❤️

Even our youngest learners are growing, exploring, and developing new skills every day!

❤️ Building Trust & Relationships – Consistent caregivers help infants feel safe, secure, and loved while building the foundation for healthy social-emotional development.

👶 Small Group Experiences – Infants spend time interacting with caregivers and peers, learning about the world around them through observation, engagement, and shared experiences.

📚 Early Language & Literacy – Caregivers talk, read, and interact with infants throughout the day, helping them recognize sounds, voices, facial expressions, and early communication cues.

🧠 Cognitive Development – Infants learn through exploration as they observe their surroundings, reach for toys, discover cause and effect, and begin understanding routines and familiar faces.

🎉 Celebrating Milestones – From tracking objects with their eyes to rolling over, sitting up, crawling, and taking first steps, every milestone is encouraged and celebrated.

🎨 Sensory Exploration – Infants experience a variety of safe textures, sounds, colors, and materials that support brain development and curiosity about the world around them.

🤲 Physical Development – Daily tummy time, reaching, grasping, and movement opportunities help build strength, coordination, and confidence.

At CLC, every cuddle, conversation, story, and interaction is an opportunity for learning. Our infant classroom focuses on creating a safe, loving environment where babies can grow, develop, and thrive at their own pace. ❤️

🍕👩‍🍳 Fun Friday in the kitchen! 👨‍🍳🍕

Our School Age friends traded in their usual classroom activities for chef hats and aprons as they made their own lunch today — homemade pizza! 🍕

From adding toppings to learning basic cooking skills, the kiddos had a blast creating their own delicious masterpieces. Not only was it a fun hands-on activity, but it was also a great opportunity to practice following directions, making choices, building confidence, and learning a few kitchen skills along the way.

The best part? Enjoying the tasty results of all their hard work! ❤️🍕

Our Kind Koalas spent the day counting raindrops and practicing their number skills while the rain fell outside. Learning happens everywhere at CLC—even on a gloomy day! 💙

From counting and number recognition to building early math confidence, these little learners are making the most of every moment. We love watching their curiosity grow, one raindrop at a time. ☔️✨

🍓😋 Judging by these photos, it’s safe to say Ms. Brittany’s yogurt was a hit!

One thing we hear from parents all the time is how much their children love Ms. Brittany’s cooking. From her carrots and yogurt to her famous toasted cheese sandwiches, our kiddos are always eager to see what’s on the menu. In fact, one child recently told their parent not only that they wished Ms. Brittany made toasted cheese every day, but that Ms. Brittany’s toasted cheese is better, too! 🥪❤️😂

These yogurt-covered smiles (and faces!) are proof of just how much love goes into every meal she prepares. Ms. Brittany works hard to create healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals that our children genuinely enjoy, while also paying close attention to the needs of our food allergy kiddos to ensure every child can eat safely.

We are so grateful for the care, dedication, and attention to detail she brings to our kitchen each day. Thank you, Ms. Brittany, for helping make mealtime something our children look forward to—and for filling both their bellies and hearts with a little extra love. ❤️🍓🥣🥕🥪

Is it just us, or is it a little crazy that songs from 10 years ago are now considered nostalgic? 😅🎶 Time flies!

Our summer campers are having a blast dancing, laughing, and getting out some of that summer energy in fun and creative ways. Safe to say the kids are having fun… and the staff are feeling just a little nostalgic! ☀️❤️

Today's Friday post is not only a Throwback Friday, but also a "see you later."

After 21 years as part of the CLC family, Lisa B is beginning a new chapter. Over the years, she has touched the lives of countless children, families, and coworkers, leaving a lasting impact on our center and our community.

While we are excited for her as she follows her new calling, we know her absence will leave a huge hole in the hearts of the CLC family, both past and present. Her dedication, kindness, and commitment to our children will not be forgotten.

Please join us in thanking Lisa for her 21 years of service and wishing her all the best in this next adventure. ❤️

POV: Another daily Procare update that is being captured by the tiny humans themselves 📸😂

Expect lots of running, blurry action shots, random ceiling pics, extreme close-ups, and pure childhood chaos 🏃‍♀️💨

Safe to say… the kids absolutely nailed their photographer era
