Get ready! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming our way (YAY!). Choosing their own books empowers kids and inspires them on their journey to becoming lifelong readers. AND—as always—every purchase at the Fair benefits our school.
Here’s what you need to know about the big event, which will take place from Tuesday 2-7, Wednesday 2-4, Thursday 2-4
Say goodbye to cash and hello to eWallet—your child’s digital payment account. Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. Anyone can contribute! Share each child’s eWallet so friends and family can add funds and give your kids more books to enjoy.
If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop at our school’s Book Fair online. All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25. Every online purchase will also benefit our school.

We welcome all Madison families to come to the book fair before/after conferences! Looking forward to seeing you there!!!

We are about to start our re-launch of the STEM packs in the library. We would love to add a few ukuleles to the packs so that we are offering a wider selection of items. Before I submit applications for additional grants, does anyone happen to have a soprano ukulele or ukulele chord book that they are no longer using and would like to donate to the library to be checked out by students and families? I would love to collect a few for this purpose. Thanks for considering!

So excited for our new STEAM kits to go live for student checkout tomorrow morning! I am looking forward to providing all students the opportunity to spend time with their families participating in these fun activities! There are codable robots, engineering challenges, origami, games, planting activities, bug activities, etc.

We have 12 kits ready to go and 23 more that we are still working on! Let us know if you have an idea for a kit your family might enjoy checking out!

Some other exciting new things in our Madison library... Bodley robots!!! Mrs. Campbell only had one chance to code through this maze. Can you do a better job ?

Botley will be available to check out from our library after spring break thanks to our generous donors!!!

UPDATE: I am SO EXCITED that students are already coming in and asking about these robots! Parents, please remind them that they won't be available until after break. I need to complete processing them into the system. Thanks for your patience!

We are wrapping up our book fair today! Thanks so much for those who made it possible! If you didn't get a chance to come by and purchase books, our online ordering directly from Scholastic is still available until the end of today ! If you order more than $25 in books, you receive free shipping and 25% of sales from the online catalog will go to Madison. We were able to purchase several great titles for our library because of the support of our families and staff! Thank you all!
