We are so proud of how our 4-Hers are representing Posey County at the State Fair! Good luck to all of our Posey County 4-Hers at the State Fair and good luck to our livestock exhibitors competing this weekend. Remember to take pics of your visit to the State Fair to post for us next week!

Congrats to Sawyer Woods for receiving a Blue ribbon at the Indiana State Fair Tractor Operator Contest and also to Tucker Eisterhold who received a Red ribbon at yesterday's contest. We are so proud of both of these 4-Hers, the number of exhibitors at the State level is crazy and both Sawyer and Tucker did a great job representing Posey County! Both learned from their experience and both plan to work hard to advance to the Farmers Coliseum for the 2027 Indiana State Fair Tractor Operator's Contest!

2026 Indiana State Fair 4-H Grand Drive! Good luck to Walker Eisterhold and Alaina Allyn

A fairy tale ending for 10 year 4-Her Alaina Allyn who "made it to the dirt" at the Indiana State Fair! Alaina won her chance to be on the dirt from not one, but two Reserve Champions. She will represent as the Reserve Grand Champion Montadale. Her Reserve Grand Champion Lincoln unfortunately gained too much weight and won’t be able to be shown during the drive. Without a doubt, Alaina has has put in a tremendous amount of hours and dedication to make it this far. What a great way to end her 10 years as a Posey County 4-H member!!!
