Testimonial Tuesday 🌱
Thank you Cathy for allowing me to share your story!
Have you ever struggled with confidence, self worth, no sense of purpose?
Have you ever questioned if you are a good mom, sister, daughter, friend? Doubted your skills and abilities or if you are good enough?
Me too
Anxious thoughts and feelings hit my life after my oldest brother Chris passed away in my early 20’s. Those thoughts and feelings grew greater after I became a mom and journeyed through my professional years as a young adult.
They could be crippling and often times impact how I showed up. Anxious and depressive thoughts often made me feel nervous, alone, sad. These thoughts made me believe these feelings as my truth. I found it easy to stay down, stuck, and accept this is who I was.
The truth is, as a young mom and wife, and now parenting teenagers in my early 40’s, I do love my life but I have to work on my wellness to feel joy and fulfillment, that is not my ‘natural state’.
Is the work hard? Yes. It’s is worth it? Absolutely.
If this resonates with you, I want you to know you are not alone. Most people struggle with or have to work through similar challenges daily. It’s ok not to be ok. 🌸
I whole heartedly believe this is not who we are or have to be.
In April of 2020 when my anxious thoughts and feelings were at an all time low, I decided to say yes to C B D and give it a try.
I’ve seen the letters C B D all over, I live in Colorado. But I always thought it was ma*****na and had no interest in trying it. I am a skeptic at heart and didn’t want to put something into my body if I didn’t trust it.
Then I read my friend Sarah’s testimony she shared on social and her words spoke to me. Not only did I relate to her story but it made me curious to learn C B D is not ma*****na. Some other words she shared: organic, quality, and transparency, we’re all buzz words that helped me trust giving the products a try
