🏕️☀️ Mapleton 4th Graders Just Got Back from an Amazing Environmental Camp!
What a trip! Our students spent two incredible days immersed in nature, learning, and making lifelong memories. From Birds of Prey and Reptile Zoos to Night Hikes and S'mores by the campfire, the schedule was packed with adventure.
A special highlight of this year's trip was the brand-new activity we added: 🛶 Canoeing! It was a massive success, and the kids absolutely loved it!
We had a fantastic time exploring, learning, and enjoying all the classic fun that 4H camp has to offer.

🎉To our incredible Mapleton PTO,

⭐️💕During PTO Week, we want to personally say thank you for everything you do for Mapleton Elementary. Your support goes far beyond events, fundraisers, and celebrations. You continually find ways to make our students and staff feel valued, supported, and loved.
We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and heart you give to our school. Whether you are working behind the scenes, providing something our teachers need, planning something special for our students, or simply asking, “How can we help?”, you make a difference.‼️‼️‼️

One of the things we are most proud of at Mapleton is the partnership we have with our families, and our PTO is such a huge part of that. You help make Mapleton more than a school, you help make it a family. ❤️

Micki, Chelsea, Lauren, Ashley, Melissa, and all the other wonderful parents who tag in; Thank you for believing in our students, supporting our staff, and always showing up for Mapleton. We appreciate you more than you know, and we are so lucky to have you!

With gratitude,
Mapleton Elementary 💙🦅

🌾🚜🐂🫏🧑‍🌾👩🏼‍🌾Today, third graders visited the school farm for Agricultural Science (AG) week. They learned about pollination and the challenges farmers encounter. They used measurement to make salsa and explored various jobs in the AG field, including forestry, horse therapy, and greenhouse work. They enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring grilled hot dogs and a ride through the cow pasture to see the new calves. It was an exciting day for everyone involved.🐷🐐🐐🐓🐖🐔

📣THANK YOU MCHS AG STUDENTS AND STAFF FOR A WONDERFUL DAY!
