For this upcoming Autumn Equinox I suggest we remember that at this time we honor the light and the dark, it's a balance time. Equal light to equal dark. The celts call it Mabon.

Perhaps you could create two protected areas:
A very bright alter or ceremonial space where the sun is beaming brightly in the day having squash or pumpkins available perhaps craved out into funny faces that can hold a lit tea light lit in the night!
Having dried pumpkin seeds, nuts and berries to eat as you pass by during the day; giving thanks for the nourishment they offer us! Write ✍🏻 down what you are grateful for while munching. Don't forget seasonal teas or water to drink.
