October is Breast Cancer Awareness month! This disease affects 1 and 8 women in the United States every year and 2.3 million women worldwide. Today at CPA we are all wearing pink to honor those whose lives have been affected by this disease and continue to raise awareness. There are a lot of ways to help! It’s International Chef’s Day and it’s safe to say we have the best Chef and Chef’s Assistant in town!!! 👩‍🍳 We are beyond grateful for all the hard work and delicious food Chef Aimee and Ms. Lisa bring to our center each day 🤍 On top of feeding over 250 children and staff members daily, they also create “Dining Out” meals, birthday packages, and and do fun classes with the children. Saying we are blessed is seriously an understatement!!
Shout out to the Eagles and Pelicans classes for making these beautiful aprons for Chef Aimee and Ms. Lisa!!

🚒 It’s Fire Safety Week! 👨‍🚒
A huge shout out to MPFD Station 6 for always welcoming our students with a smile and teaching them about fire safety!! 🔥 The older hallway was able to tour the station, as well as view a demonstration from the firefighters. The fire truck came by CPA so our younger students could get a photo op! 🔥

“When you wake up in the morning and it’s a quarter to one and you want to have a little fun, you brush your teeth!”
came to visit our Pre-K classrooms today. Each child made their very own tooth brush timer! These timers teach the children the proper length of time to brush their teeth. Thanks, for keeping our kids healthy!!! 🦷 🪥
