Parents/guardians of BAND MEMBERS: We have had continuing and increasing issues of students not being prepared for band class. Students need to bring their instrument, binder, method book, and pencil EVERY day. Students will not earn full points for their daily participation grade if they do not have all the materials for the day. This expectation has been reinforced since day 1 of school. Please encourage your students to be prepared for class!

Our awesome CDC class had a jam session in the band room today! Those smiles say it all; music is for EVERYONE! We had a great time exploring different percussion instruments!

We are thrilled to announce our new Mt. Pleasant Middle School administration team! Ms. Harkreader and Mr. Dugger started this week and are already busy planning for an outstanding school year! Help us welcome them to the Tiger family!

Our concert is almost here! Please remember that students need to arrive to the school NO LATER than 6pm, and all students need to be at the DRESS REHEARSAL the day before. The dress rehearsal is Monday, May 10 from 3-4pm!
