The Student Transition Enrichment Program (STEP) is a KCP grant-funded program that provides support services for transfer students before and after their transition to CMU. These services include academic advising, our STEP Summer Conference, semesterly CMU Campus Visits, educational workshops on campus and at local community/tribal colleges, peer assisted learning, the Student Transfer Organizat

ion, and much more! Participant requirements:

-First-generation and/or Pell Grant eligible

-Wish to continue your education at a four-year institution

-Attend two one-on-one meetings per semester with the STEP Academic Advisor

-Attend two workshops per semester
