If you have not completed registration yet, please follow the detailed registration steps below.

All required forms must be completed on Bound before an athlete can participate in practice and events. These include:

Concussion Form
Good Conduct Form
Consent to Treat Form
Current Physical Form completed by a healthcare professional

Members of our district administrative team took a few days before the start of the school year to engage in some leadership learning at the School Administrators of Iowa Annual Conference in Des Moines this week.
