Sample problems where mass is given and the amount of mole is being asked as a product or reactant.
Procedure:
1. Write and balance the equation for the reaction.
2. Convert the known mass to moles of that substance.
3. Used the balanced equation to set up the appropriate mole ratios.
4. Use the appropriate mole ratios to calculate the number of moles of the desired reactant or product.
5. Convert moles back to grams if required by problem. (Mole is enough is asked only for the amount of substance mole).
2 sample problems and the mess we left handers do.
