I don’t have time to write a caption.

Watch the reel if you’re feeling overwhelmed on a Monday.

Have a great day.

Bodybuilding isn’t just a hobby to me.

It taught me the fundamental skills that are proving to be the foundation of my success in law school.

My impression of law school, thus far, is that it has little to do with your knowledge. It doesn’t matter WHAT you know.

What matters then?

What matters is your ability to apply what you learn in a multitude of different contexts. It’s application.

So to me…the skills that I had to master to step onstage and win at a high level are essentially the same here.

I’m a competitor. I always will be. Law school is the next competition. It’s bodybuilding by another name.

That might sound ludicrous. And maybe it is…

But I am thankful for everything the sport of bodybuilding taught me.

I guess my new IFBB pro card looks like a JD.

It’s a 3 year contest prep.

Let’s f*ckin go.

Just some thoughts on my first week of law school and how my years of contest prep have actually been a benefit.
