Today we recognized and celebrated students who earned a perfect score on SC Ready last year. With a medal, a special letter and family support we know our egrets will inspire others and continue to do great things. We continue testing tomorrow. Make sure your students gets a good night sleep, eats a good breakfast and are ready to show what they know.

Thank you to all the volunteers that came this morning to help prepare the Greenhouse for the move! Come join us next Saturday the 16th from 9-11am for a final work session.

Today we spent time thanking PTO for all they have done to support teachers and students this year and we plan for next year. They were treated to lunch and even surprised Mr. Bloomfield with a succulent to celebrate his leadership. PTO we are ever grateful for all you do to support our egrets! Please join us in thanking them for all their behind the scenes efforts to support us!

We cannot let the day go by without wishing our leader a Happy National Principals day! We are so grateful for his leadership.

The fourth grade classes went on a field trip last week to the SCDNR facility on James Island to plant their Spartina grass plants. They have worked with Mrs. Funcik in the Greenhouse to harvest, germinate, and plant seeds this year, and were able to plant them in the marsh to help maintain the ecosystem! They also learned about marsh environments and were able to apply their knowledge during our field trip!
