A few things here...This is why I stay with my students through their senior year. Having an expert on your team can make a big difference when wanting to go from deferred to accepted. There is more strategy involved in admissions than most realize.
Clemson is getting a great one!

What happens when a student isn't admitted to their 1st choice school? Students who work with me always have a balanced list of colleges which allows them to pivot to other wonderful opportunities. They also know I am there to support them which makes rebounding from disappointment much easier.
Class of 2027, now is the time to get a detailed and personalized plan set for your admissions process.

What a great class of students to have the honor of working with!
Every student I worked with this year really bought in and trusted the process. Successful admissions outcomes are more based on fit than ever before. Alignment is the key!
These students applied to the right fit schools for each of them individually and the results speak for themselves.

Last up, University of Arizona(my pick to win the natty)...
🔥The University of Arizona is a flagship university known for its strong research, sunny campus, and vibrant student life. A fun fact: Arizona is a leader in space science and astronomy, playing a major role in NASA missions and housing some of the world’s most advanced telescope mirror labs.🌌
👔Academically, Arizona stands out in Astronomy/Astrophysics, Engineering, Business (Eller), Environmental Science, and Optical Sciences—with its optics program ranked among the best globally. It also offers strong opportunities in research, even for undergraduates.🚀
The admissions profile is more accessible than many flagship universities. The middle 50% GPA is approximately 3.4–4.0, and the middle 50% SAT range is about 1120–1370. Arizona takes a more holistic but student-friendly approach to admissions, with clear pathways for qualified applicants.
🌐For a more unique and less competitive academic option, Arizona offers a major in Global Studies. This interdisciplinary program blends politics, culture, economics, and international relations—preparing students for careers in global business, policy, and international organizations.🌏
Overall, Arizona offers a balanced and opportunity-rich experience—strong academics, major research access, and a classic college environment—making it an appealing option for students seeking value and flexibility without extreme selectivity.

Of the four schools remaining, Michigan is the most selective and the one I have the most experience with. Here are some key facts about Big Blue...
The University of Michigan is one of the top public universities in the country, blending elite academics with a vibrant campus culture. A fun fact: Michigan is home to the largest living alumni network in the world, creating powerful career and internship connections across industries. 📞📱
Academically, Michigan is strongest in Business (Ross), Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, and Political Science, with many programs ranked among the top nationally. Similar to other top publics, some schools (like Ross and Engineering) are significantly more competitive than the university’s overall admit rate. 💻🖱
The admissions profile is highly selective. The middle 50% GPA is approximately 3.9–4.0, and the middle 50% SAT range is about 1470–1560. Successful applicants typically demonstrate rigorous coursework, strong extracurricular involvement, and clear academic direction.💪💪
For a more unique and less competitive academic option, Michigan offers a major in Informatics through the School of Information. This program blends technology, data, and human behavior—preparing students for careers in UX, data analysis, and digital strategy.
🟦Overall, Michigan delivers a true flagship experience—top-tier academics, major school spirit, and exceptional career outcomes—but like many elite publics, selectivity varies significantly by program.🟨
