Get ready for one of the comfiest classes of the year.

On September 9-10, Cosens Youth students can wear their favorite pajamas to class and train in style. We’ll still be working hard, learning, laughing, and having a great time, just with a little extra comfort added in.

Safety equipment is still required, so make sure your child brings everything they normally need for class.

This special seminar is open to children ages 5-12, and no previous martial arts experience is needed. Students will learn beginner-friendly techniques using safe, durable training swords under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

Huge congrats to Avery! 🎉

Avery is the winner of our Cosens MMA Custom T-Shirt Design Contest, and the winning design is officially being turned into a limited edition Cosens MMA shirt!

As a thank you, Avery will receive a free shirt featuring the winning design.

We also want to thank every student who participated. We received over 60 entries, and there were so many creative, funny, and awesome designs. Our students crushed it.

The winning shirt is now available to order for $29.95.

Shirts are available in youth and adult sizes. All orders must be turned in to the front desk by July 22nd.
