Wanted to send out another email about some of the upcoming 5thgrade events that parents being planned

• BHE 5thGrade ONLY Glow Zone Night is this Sunday, May 22 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Please see all details below.
◦ Purchase tickets either online on the BHE toolkithttps://bhepta.membershiptoolkit.com/packet/9860or via the paper order form that was sent home with your child, or see the attached.
◦ Tickets are $25 and includes 2 hours of jump time, a Glow Zone shirt, Glow Zone jump socks, 2 pieces of pizza and water.
◦ Please arrive 20/30 minutes early to check in and be ready to jump at 7
◦ The concession stand will be open.
◦ EVERY child must have a completed Sky Zone waiver completed signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please do this before the event to save timehttps://skyzonecharleston.centeredgeonline.com/waivers.

• We have hired a videographer to record the 5th grade graduation ceremony - so you don’t have to worry about getting the perfect view! ◦ ***IMPORTANT!! *** Monetary donations are still needed to make the fun parent-sponsored event accessible to everyone. Cash donations will go towards subs, drinks, chips, cookies, decorations for 5thgrade graduation, etc. for 109 graduates and their parents. Please Venmo your donation to Kara Pressley (last four digits of my cell phone are 9870) or send a cash or check donation (payable to Kara Pressley) to your homeroom teacher BYFRIDAY May 20th.Please make sure donations are in an envelope labeled "5thGrade Graduation Party - Kara Pressley".

Excited for 5th grade Graduation on Wednesday June 1st at the school at 8:00am and then for the Family Friendly 5th Grade Beach Day at IOP County Park beach from 1-4pm. Please check your email for specifics and let’s get ready to celebrate our kiddos 🎉

Planting Day happened on Tuesday- 4/5/2022. Last time these sweet 5th graders will be participating in this amazing event!!!

The 2nd BHE movie night featuring Disney’s Encanto is tomorrow night, Friday, March 4th. Gates open at 5:30, movie starts at 6:30. There will be food trucks for dining. All of them will be giving a portion of their sales back to BHE so please consider supporting them! Pre ordering is available for the food trucks - see attached links. The food trucks will be located near the back of BHE.
The concession stand will be selling popcorn, drinks and candy - cash and credit cards accepted.

The Belle Hall PTA has planned a fun family night for Friday November 12th. We are hosting our 1st Outdoor Movie Night at the RL Jones Center - Field 4. We encourage you to attend and invite all your friends and family to come out and support the BHE PTA and Belle Hall Elementary!

Movie:
ELF!!!!!

Time: Doors open at 5pm-Movie starts at 6pm (Don't forget to bring your chairs and blankets)
Movie Tickets: $5 per person (payable via cash, check - payable to BHE PTA, or place your order via the BHE tool kit website)

Food:
Domino's Large Pizza's $10 per pizza - (Pre order for pizzas preferred - options - cheese or pepperoni)
Concession Stand: Popcorn, Candy and Drinks (Please bring Cash or Credit Card)
50/50 Raffle: Who doesn't want to win some MONEY!!! This is also another great way to support the PTA and all we do for the school -$10 per ticket. Bring CASH!!!

All orders are due by Thursday, November 11th.

Last call for our Friends of Belle Hall Campaign. All sign-ups are due tomorrow Wednesday, 10/20. This is our grassroots fundraising campaign where 100% of the funds go directly to our school to pay for staff and programs that are not covered by the school district. Coaches Needed!
Trident League Basketball is back this season, and we need coaches for BHE to field teams! The Trident League is independent of CCSD, and teams rely on volunteer coaches to organize tryouts, practices and games, including court time for team events.
Eligible players are 4th and 5th grade students at BHE, and we would need coaches for both a girls and a boys team. Information on the Trident League, including important dates, can be found at https://tridentbasketball.com/.
