Last night at our Board of Education meeting, our board members were proud to present Adyson Linville, RCS Senior, with an Award of Excellence for earning 1st Place in the 2009 Country Ham division at the Kentucky State Fair!

This is an especially impressive accomplishment when you consider the scale of the Kentucky 4-H Country Ham Project. More than 1,000 students from across the Commonwealth participate each year, with students competing within their age divisions at the State Fair.

After months of curing, caring for, preparing, and presenting her ham for judging, Adyson’s ham was selected as the very best in her division at the state level!! 🎉🥇🎉

That is a tremendous accomplishment and one that deserves to be celebrated. We are incredibly proud of Adyson for her hard work and for representing Robertson County School so well! ❤️🖤🍀

Last night at our Board of Education meeting, our board members were proud to present Sarah Gifford, RCS 8th Grader, with an Award of Excellence for earning 2nd Place in the Country Ham Speech competition at the Kentucky State Fair.

Placing this high at the state level is a tremendous accomplishment. Sarah competed against students from across Kentucky and distinguished herself through her knowledge, preparation, and public speaking skills. To finish second in her division at the Kentucky State Fair is something to be incredibly proud of.

Congratulations, Sarah! You represented Robertson County School exceptionally well! ❤️🖤🍀
