Beliefs are born through the force of your attention. And without it, they lose their power over you.
What you feed with your attention becomes real in your internal dream. A belief is not truth, it is a story, agreed upon and kept alive by repetition and focus. When you withdraw your energy, when you stop agreeing, the belief begins to dissolve like smoke in the wind.
This is the power of your awareness. You are the artist of your perception, the dreamer of your life. And the moment you stop giving power to the lies, to the limiting voices, to the inherited agreements, you begin to reclaim your freedom. You remember: I am not what I believe. I am what observes.
