This Black History Month, we honor Kenya Mosby, founder of Pelham Admissions Edge. As a first-generation African American college student navigating the admissions process without guidance, Kenya turned her experience into a mission: helping others achieve their educational dreams with support and clarity.
Her leadership is shaped by her cultural heritage and community, calling her to lead with compassion, high expectations, and a commitment to excellence. She believes in helping others uncover their potential while representing her community with pride.
Kenya’s advice to aspiring Black entrepreneurs: do your research, seek guidance from those in the field, and approach challenges with resilience and adaptability. Her journey proves that dedication and empathy can make a real difference in the lives of others.
