Okay… we’re going to brag on our TLB team just a little today. 🥹💗

Yesterday, Tiny little Blessings had our DHS QRIS Monitoring Visit, and we are incredibly proud to share that…

🎉 WE SCORED A 100! 🎉

For those who may not know, QRIS is not simply someone walking through the building and saying, “Yep, everything looks good.” 😅

Our school is evaluated on the things that matter most when caring for your babies — health & safety practices, classroom environments and routines, record keeping, teacher-child interactions, responsive caregiving, positive behavior guidance, curriculum and learning opportunities, and family engagement.

They observe our teachers.
They review our records.
They look at how we interact with our children.
They evaluate our safety practices.
They look at curriculum, how we teach, communicate, encourage, redirect, and care for our little ones.

And yesterday, all of the hard work that happens behind the scenes every single day showed.

100. 💯 AND NO VIOLATIONS!

One part of the report that made us especially proud was reading about one of our teachers finishing her classroom responsibilities, sitting down on the floor with the children, playing, interacting with them, and bringing out different toys. THAT is Tiny little Blessings. ❤️

This score belongs to our entire TLB team. To our teachers who love these babies, follow the procedures, prepare their classrooms, teach, clean, document, communicate, and do a hundred little things every day that most people never see — THANK YOU.

And to our families: thank you for trusting us with your greatest blessings. We don't take that responsibility lightly.

We aren't perfect, and there will always be ways for us to learn, grow, and become better. But today, we're taking a moment to celebrate this one.

📚✨ Before We Can Teach, We Have to CONNECT! ✨📚

These first few weeks at Tiny Little Blessings are all about laying the foundation for an AMAZING school year.

🍎 We’re reviewing skills from last year
🤗 Building relationships with our teachers & friends
🎨 Learning through play and FUN
🧩 Practicing classroom routines
🙋‍♀️ Learning expectations and boundaries
❤️ Creating a classroom where every child feels safe, loved, and connected

Because before little minds are ready to learn, little hearts need to know “I belong here.”

We want our kiddos to know their teachers, trust their teachers, build friendships, understand what is expected of them—and have a whole lot of FUN along the way!

September will bring new lessons, new themes, and lots of new learning… but right now, we're building the foundation that will help make the rest of the school year successful. 🌱

🌸 Motivation Monday 🌸

Did you know that **mother flamingos can temporarily lose their beautiful pink color while raising their babies?**

As they feed and care for their little ones, the nutrients that give them their vibrant color are poured into nurturing their babies. For a season, they may look pale, worn out, and unlike themselves—but only because they've been giving everything they have to the ones they love.

Motherhood can feel the same way; believe me I know.

Some days you're running on little sleep, carrying heavy responsibilities, and wondering where the woman you used to be has gone. You pour into your children, your home, your family, and often leave very little for yourself.

But can I remind you of something today?

**God sees every sacrifice that no one else notices.**

He sees the bedtime prayers.
He sees the tears you wipe away.
He sees the meals you prepare, the hugs you give, and the love you pour out every single day.

You may feel like you've lost your color, but **God has not lost sight of you.**

"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9

Just as the flamingo's beautiful pink returns, God promises to renew those who trust in Him.

"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." — Isaiah 40:31

Mama, this season is shaping something beautiful. The love you're pouring into your children is planting seeds that will last a lifetime. And while you're busy caring for them, remember that **your Heavenly Father is faithfully caring for you.**
