Hello from Fall Break! 🍂 We hope everyone is enjoying some well-deserved time off!

While school is out, we gave our lower playground some much-needed TLC with fresh mulch and trimmed tree limbs!

A big thank you to our wonderful community partners, Green Hill Church and Needham's Nursery, and our amazing parent volunteers for giving their time and helping make our playground an even better place for our Knights! 🏰 ❤️

Let’s show Tennessee we’re ready for fall weather by ordering a W.A. Wright hoodie... Maybe it’ll take the hint. 😂

Our Spirit Wear Store is officially open through October 2, with T-shirts, sweatshirts and a few new items too, including a tote bag and sticker!

We’re also planning a school-wide Spirit Day later this year, and we’d love to see our Knights decked out in their WAW gear.🩶❤️

Last night, PALS was happy to provide dinner for our teachers during Parent-Teacher Conferences as a small way to care for the people who pour so much into our students every day. ❤️

Our teachers give so much of their time and energy to our students and families, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to show them a little extra appreciation.

Dinner included wraps from Bagel Barn , as well as chips & cookies. We were glad to support a new local business in our area while treating our teachers!

Due to scheduling conflicts, the Knights Dash – W.A. Wright Fund Run has been postponed.

We know many of our families were looking forward to this fun event, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to find a new date that works best for our school community.

Please stay tuned! We will keep everyone updated with more information regarding the new date and time as soon as plans are finalized.

Thank you for your continued support of PALS and W.A. Wright Elementary! We are so excited for all that is ahead this school year!
