It’s been a while since I posted last, spring break, and then I had a sick kiddo. Second grade is getting started on Chinese New Year tiger paintings. 5th is getting ready to make their very own ceramic pendants. I brought in some of my own handmade pendants and my rubber & wood stamp collection from my studio. I love spring lessons!

If you get a chance this break or anytime through June, this exhibit just opened up at the Frist Art Museum in Nashville. The artist is Alma Thomas and our 5th graders have been studying her work this quarter. The Frist is free for kids 18 and under! The show is called “Everything is Beautiful” and wow this show really is!!!!
