Fun meeting this morning at the Shenandoah County Fair “project fair”!

Thank you to all our 4-H members who shared their animals and exhibits with their fellow members!

Special thanks to Brent for the free ice scream scoops for our members, Ashley from Shady Hill Club Lambs for showing us their Piebald lamb “Frog” and Renee from Malian Jerseys for giving us an awesome lesson about dairy cattle!

Several of our Cloverbuds stepped into the ring for Beef Peewee Showmanship! 🐮👏

Give it up for AJ Copp, Charlotte Stephens, Elisabeth Reynolds, Kimber Conley, Blake Conley & Faith Perron! ❤️

We loved watching these young exhibitors get out there, learn, have fun and gain confidence in the show ring!

This club SHOWS UP for the goat show! 🐐🏆

We had a HUGE group of exhibitors representing our club today — LJ Copp, Leighton Newland, Aubrey Newland, Clara Stephens, Addy Gochenour & Gracie Thomas!

There were some BIG accomplishments in the goat ring today, and we couldn’t be prouder of all of our exhibitors! 👏🏻

Clara Stephens was 2nd in her class with her hog AND was named Supreme Hog Showman! 🏆

No one shows a hog quite like Clara! She puts so much heart into the show ring and we couldn’t be prouder of her! ❤️

Our club made quite a splash in the lamb show on Monday! 🐑🏆

Olivia Lutz was Reserve Champion Pen of 2 and placed 4th in class with her market wether, Roy! This was Olivia’s first year showing in 4-H and she absolutely smoked it! 🔥👏🏻

LJ Copp showed his market wether, Guy, and earned 2nd in showmanship! Way to go, LJ! 👏🏻

Elisabeth Reynolds had a great day in the breeding sheep show, too! She was Reserve Champion Commercial Suffolk Ewe with Sunny and placed 6th & 9th with Cream & Coffee in the Commercial Hamp Intermediate Ewe classes.

We are so proud of all of our members and the hard work they put into their projects! ❤️🐑

Keep up the great work, kids! We can’t wait to see what’s next! 🎉
