Our staff has been hard at work all summer, and we are officially ready to welcome our first group of students tomorrow! From deep cleaning the campus to setting up classrooms and organizing orientation, our dedicated staff has put in countless hours as we anticipate another great school year. We cannot wait to see the campus come alive when our Warrior Athletes arrive tomorrow!

Happy Saturday!

As we continue through August, may our lives reflect the whole rhythm of discipleship: an open Bible, open hands, and an open heart.

When God’s Word is guiding us, our hands are ready to serve and our hearts are ready to follow. At ABC, we want to keep encouraging that kind of daily walk. ...because Life is for Service.

If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them. — John 13:17

Next week, ask the Lord to help you live out what you read, serve with joy, and follow Him with a willing heart. Here are a few simple ways to do that:
• Read a passage of Scripture and look for one specific truth to ponder.
• Serve someone with unexpected kindness.
• Pray for God to guide your every step today.

❤️ Monday Motivation: Let's Open Our Heart ❤️

A life of prayer begins with a Bible and an open heart before the Lord. When we love God with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind, He shapes our desires, deepens our faith, and helps us walk closely with Him. At ABC, we pray that students and friends alike would grow in wholehearted devotion to Christ.

And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. — Luke 10:27

This week, take time to pray and ask God to search your heart. You might pray:

Good morning, Friends

One of the greatest ways we reflect Christ is by serving others.

In a world that often asks, "What's in it for me?" Jesus showed us a different way. He came not to be served, but to serve—and He calls us to do the same. At ABC, our mission is to prepare servant-leaders who are equipped to impact their churches, communities, and the world for Christ...because Life is for Service.

This week, look for opportunities to serve with joy.

🤝 Help someone without expecting anything in return.
🤝 Pray for a person who you know is carrying a heavy burden.
🤝 Encourage a friend, coworker, or neighbor with a kind word.
🤝 Ask God each morning, "Who can I serve today?"

🌟 Rachel’s Guam Mission Update 3 🌟

Along with her ministry in Guam, Rachel also had the opportunity to serve at Teen Camp this summer as part of “Flex Staff.” In this role, she helped make sure everything ran smoothly, served meals, ran the climbing wall, and assisted with a variety of free-time activities. Being on operational staff gave her the chance to connect with a few specific foster care kids, which was a special highlight of her time.

Rachel said, "the camp speaker was incredible, and both she and the students were truly touched." One reminder from the week was that you can’t serve two masters—you choose either God or the world. On Friday night, a boy who had come to know the Lord during camp chose to move past his fear and shared his testimony in chapel. He spoke intentionally and clearly articulated the Gospel. He truly set a fire under the hearts of the campers. During that week, 21 campers came to know the Lord!!!

Rachel said, “God did such an incredible work by arranging details and giving strength to the workers! I am so thankful I was able to be a part of God’s great move in these lives!”
