Coming Soon: A New Digital Beginning-of-Year Process Through Genesis
Dear Mount Holly Township School District Families,
As we prepare for another exciting school year, I want to share an important update regarding our beginning-of-year student information process.
Beginning this school year, the Mount Holly Township School District will transition to a fully digital annual information process through the Genesis Parent Portal. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improving efficiency, reducing paperwork, and making it easier for families to complete required beginning-of-year forms.
Instead of receiving paper packets, parents and guardians will complete all required annual student information electronically through Genesis. This includes updating emergency contacts, reviewing medical information, completing required acknowledgments, submitting other beginning-of-year forms, and completing the Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application.
Over the next several weeks, we will provide additional information, including:
When the Genesis Parent Portal will open for annual updates.
Instructions for completing the required forms.
Deadlines for submission.
Resources to assist families throughout the process.
If you do not currently have access to your Genesis Parent Portal account or if you have forgotten your login information, we encourage you to contact your child's school office as soon as possible. Taking care of this now will help ensure you are ready when the annual forms become available.
As part of this transition, student schedules, classroom assignments, and other beginning-of-year student information will be released through Genesis after all required annual forms have been completed. We encourage families to complete their information promptly once the portal opens to help ensure a smooth start to the school year.
