What a wonderful two days of watercolor! 🌺🎨
We had such a fantastic time painting these beautiful poppies under the instruction of the talented Kelly Malone. And what an amazing group of artists we had in the studio! ❤️

It is always so much fun to watch everyone begin with the same painting and then see each person’s own style and personality come through. Every single one of you did an absolutely beautiful job! We couldn’t be more proud of the gorgeous poppies that came to life in our studio.

A very special thank you to Kelly for sharing her talent, patience, and love of watercolor with us. And thank you to everyone who joined us and made these past two days so enjoyable.

What a wonderful evening we had with our Creative Young Hearts kids! ❤️

Tonight, we created a very special Friendship Garden. Each child added their own little piece to the painting, and even the teachers joined in! The best part is knowing that this beautiful garden was created together—every flower, tree, fingerprint, and brushstroke represents the creativity and friendship shared by our group.

After our Friendship Garden was complete, we pulled out the pastels and created beautiful sunsets. The children did such an amazing job, and we couldn't have been prouder of their artwork!

Here are my little Van Gogh's. It was a tedious painting for the girls, but they plowed through. We had to improvise around 7:30 p.m. for we were running out of time. I am so proud of these kids. The girls told me to tell you all that this is their interpretation. You know, I love these kids.

SUMMER "You're killing me, Smalls". LOL. The Creative Young Hearts students are enjoying the summer. We went from 17 in June to 7 for the upcoming July class, BUT, thrilled that the 7 children are coming. I hope my students are enjoying the summer months. Hmmmmm, maybe jealousy is entering my soul.
