Thank you to our incredible 4-H volunteers who give their time, energy, and hearts to help our youth learn and grow. 💚Happy National 4-H Week!💚

This week, we’re celebrating everything that makes 4-H so special from the youth who show up, learn, lead, and grow, to the volunteers, families, and community members who make it all possible!

4-H is so much more than projects and livestock. It’s about building confidence, learning life skills, making lifelong friendships, discovering new interests, and creating memories that last a lifetime. 🌱

We are so proud of the incredible 4-H’ers in Morrow County and grateful for everyone who helps make our program what it is!

Yesterday, nearly 34,000 visitors made their way to London, Ohio for Farm Science Review. Thanks to everyone who braved the weather — we hope to see many more of you today and tomorrow!

🥩 Taking Farm to Table to a Whole New Level!🐖🐄

Morrow County 4-H and Junior Fair Board hosted our Carcass Contest last night, giving exhibitors the opportunity to take their livestock projects beyond the show ring and learn more about the meat science and food science side of their projects!

This year, we had 8 steer entries and 13 swine entries competing. We hope to continue growing participation in this contest and give even more of our exhibitors the chance to see how their hard work translates from the farm to the table.

A BIG thank you to Link’s Country Meats for hosting us and providing a great learning experience for our members! We also want to thank Lyda Garcia and the Ohio State Meat Judging Team for taking the time to score and evaluate each of the carcasses and share their expertise with our exhibitors.
