Greg and Annette Gruhn were officially inducted into the Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame! Thank you for joining us today to celebrate the years of dedication and support you have given our 4-H youth! 💚

Hall of Fame winners from Boone, Bureau, Carroll, Champaign, Coles, Cumberland, DeWitt, Ford, Fulton, Henry, Iroquois, Jo Daviess, LaSalle, Lee, Macon, Marshall-Putnam, Mason, Mercer, Moultrie-Douglas, Peoria, Piatt, Rock Island, Shelby, Stark, Stephenson, Tazewell, Vermilion, Whiteside, Winnebago counties were honored during a special noon ceremony at the Orr today.

A huge thank you to these amazing volunteers and the incredible impact they've had on the lives of Illinois youth!

The countdown is on: Illinois State Fair 4-H exhibits start tomorrow, and we can’t wait to see the creativity and hard work of our 4-H members on display!

Are you exhibiting at State Fair for the first time? Here are a few tips to help you feel confident and prepared:
• Dress for comfort! Choose cool, comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes. There will be plenty of walking, and some areas can get dusty or share space with livestock.
• Show your 4-H pride by wearing your favorite 4-H gear!
• Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and anything else you need to stay comfortable throughout the day.

We’re excited to cheer you on as you showcase your projects and represent Illinois 4-H!
