Over the weekend, several of our students attended the Encuentro Juvenil 2026, otherwise known as the Hispanic Youth Encounter. At this event, students from around the archdiocese are invited to spiritually refresh through games, small group discussions, and Mass with Archbishop Grob. It's a great way for our SLS students to get involved in Hispanic Ministry of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee!

We had another gorgeous week of fall weather at SLS! 🍂
Our AP Literature students took their learning outdoors, enjoying the warm temperatures while reading and analyzing a chapter from The Great Gatsby. There’s nothing like a little fresh air to bring literature to life! 📚🍁

Over the weekend, several of our seniors headed to Divine Savior Catholic School to help out with their annual apple pie fundraiser. This is another one of the many ministry opportunities available to our students and helps emphasize the importance of helping other Catholic schools in our area. During the six hours there, our students helped make over 1,100 pies! 🍎✝️

Our school community joyfully celebrated the 800th Jubilee of St. Francis through six nights of Novena prayer, daily opportunities for confession, and a special Mass for the Transitus of St. Francis. During our celebrations we also welcomed several guest celebrants including Fr. Alex Becker from Holy Family Catholic Community Fond du Lac, Fr. Steve Kropp from Capuchin Franciscan Province of St. Joseph, and Fr. Enzo del Brocco from the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago.

We were so blessed to welcome guests from around the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and the surrounding parishes to this reflective and joyous event hosted at St. Lawrence!

We recently had some beautiful sunny days here on campus and that calls for having class outside! That's exactly what our communications class did as they studied different communication styles! ☀️

A big thank you to all the benefactors that joined us for our annual open house event! We love seeing your smiling faces on campus and hope you got the opportunity to speak with some of our students and staff about the impact St. Lawrence Seminary High School has made in their lives! Your generosity, support, and belief in our young men truly makes a lasting difference in the lives of our students and our school community!
