We are looking for a Full-Time co-teacher for our Mobile Infant Classroom. Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p
Family Resource Center is seeking a caring, compassionate, and nurturing individual to join our child care team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children and can provide a calm, loving, and supportive environment for our 1-year-old children.
The ideal candidate will enjoy building meaningful relationships with children, responding to their individual needs, and creating a safe space where they can learn, explore, and grow. This position requires patience, kindness, and a genuine love for helping children reach important developmental milestones.
Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, nurturing care for children ages 1 year old
Creating a calm, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
Engaging children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences
Communicating positively with children, families, and team members
Maintaining a clean and organized learning environment along with meeting children's daily care needs, including diapering, toileting, feeding, and hygiene routines.
Qualifications:
A caring and compassionate approach to working with children
Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
Ability to create a warm and nurturing environment
Previous child care experience preferred but not required
