Fitness classes have gone into hibernation for the next couple months. The Spring semester has brought about quite a few new responsibilities, planned and unplanned, and I need some time to adjust to the load. I refuse to cut corners on the fitness programming or the class experience--You all deserve my best! Looking forward to the relaunch in the Spring ❤️

If you're new, let me know when you plan to come so I have enough equipment. Everyone needs to bring clean shoes to change into to protect the dance floor at Ryann's!
